<br />PLANNINr, COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF :~LAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 159 <br />Whereas; the application of Roy N, Jensen, (Amador Valley Homes), <br />for a Variance from section 6.5 of Ordinance No. 309, front yard set- <br />back, in order to constrict a single family dwelling in an R-1 District <br />at 4115 Nevis Street, having come before this Commission October 19, 1961, <br />under Ordinance No. 309 as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby <br />resolve as follows; <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows; <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3.
