CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-338 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL <br /> REPORT LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. <br /> 1984-1 (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND <br /> LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFPLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Joseph Elliott, City Engineer, the person <br /> designated by this Council as the Engineer of Work <br /> for Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1, is <br /> hereby directed to file an annual report in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Landscaping <br /> and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section <br /> 22622 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETh' ~.' ~FRCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />~James R.
