CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-335 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> INTERCONNECT, SANTA RITA ROAD AND FIRST <br /> STREET, PROJECT NO. 85-05, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 88:343), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the traffic signal interconnect, Santa Rita Road <br /> and First Street, Project No. 85-05, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 19, 1988, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> traffic signal interconnect, Santa Rita Road and <br /> First Street, Project No. 85-05. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 19, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
