EXHIBIT A <br /> TO <br /> RESOLUTION 88-328 <br /> <br /> SALARY AND SUPPr.RMENTARY BENEFITS <br /> FOR CITY MANAGER JAMES R. W~I.KER <br /> <br />1. The annual salary for City Manager James R. Walker is <br /> $91,139 commencing May 31, 1988. <br /> <br />2. City Manager James R. Walker shall have the option of <br /> several alternate deferred compensation plans, provided <br /> that i no event shall annual salary exceed $91,139 <br /> annually or $7,595 monthly. <br /> <br />3. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the Kaiser "S" <br /> Plan with optical and prescription drug options. <br /> <br /> b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life <br /> insurance with a value equal to twice the annual <br /> salary. <br /> <br /> d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long <br /> term disability insurance. <br /> <br /> e. Vacation. Four weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> <br /> f. Holidays. The same holidays as established for <br /> city management employees. <br /> <br /> g. Retirement System. Membership in the State Public <br /> Employees Retirement System (PERS). <br /> <br /> h. Vehicle Allowance. A vehicle allowance of $200 per <br /> month for reimbursement of expenses related to use <br /> of private vehicle for city business. <br /> <br /> i. Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative <br /> leave per fiscal year not to be taken in <br /> conjunction with annual vacation and to be <br /> reimbursed twice each year, January and July, if <br /> not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
