CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 199 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mrs. Claudine B. Balaban, 4142 Graham Street, <br />for a Variance from Section 17.605, Ord. No. 309, in order to <br />secure a Home Occupation Permit for the purpose of conducting conversational <br />Spanish language classes in an R -1 District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Variance is hereby granted subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The Variance is issued for a period of one and one -half <br />years from the date of approval. <br />b. The hours for said conversational Spanish classes shall <br />be limited to between 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. <br />c.
