6 <br />THE CITY OF <br />pL~E~S~4NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />1 <br />August 21, 2007 <br />Finance Department <br />TITLE: APPROVE A THREE-YEAR EXTENSION TO THE AGREEMENT WITH <br />CAPORICCI & CARSON, CPA'S FOR FINANCIAL AUDITING SERVICES <br />SUMMARY <br />Approval is requested for a three year extension of an agreement with Caporicci & <br />Larson, CPA's for financial auditing services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve an Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Caporicci & Larson, <br />CPA's, for the years ending June 30, 2008, 2009 and 2010 for an annual fee of <br />$69,900, $71,100, and $72,200 respectively. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />Funding for annual auditing services is included in the adopted budget. <br />
