Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once per month, based upon the <br />work completed. CONSULTANT shall be paid an amount for each full plan review <br />project equal to either the minimum of one hour of the hourly rate or fifty five percent <br />(55%) of the plan review fee collected by the CITY whichever is higher. Plan review <br />includes the first review of a complete set of all plans and documents submitted by the <br />building permit applicant and a subsequent review of any additional submittal material <br />from a building permit applicant based on comments generated by the plan reviewer <br />during the first review. Revisions, delayed submittals and additional plan review beyond <br />the second review and other non-permit fee projects will be billed at $87.50 per hour. <br />There is no over-time rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment schedules may <br />be considered at the sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its collection <br />method or fee schedule or if requested by the CONSULTANT and agreed to be the <br />CITY. <br />2. Payment Schedule. CITY shall make every effort to make periodic payments within <br />thirty (30) business days after receiving and approving a billing statement in proportion <br />to the satisfactory completion of CONSULTANT'S services. <br />3. Longevity Increases for Hourly CharEes. For each succeeding year of this contract <br />starting on July 1, 2007, all hourly rates, as described above, will increase three percent <br />(3%) per hour per year. <br />(contract template Professional ser agree 041506) <br />
