CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-592 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> THE KOLL COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF TWO FIVE-STORY OFFICE <br /> BUILDINGS ON APPROXIMATELY 12.8 ACRES <br /> LOCATED AT 6711 KOLL CENTER PARKWAY <br /> (PUD-80-2-11D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Koll Company has applied for design approval <br /> for two five-story office buildings, totalling <br /> 250,000 sq. ft. of floor area, to be constructed on <br /> an approximately 12.8 acre site located at 6711 <br /> Koll Center Parkway (PUD-80-2-11D); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site <br /> designs for individual lots, and there are no <br /> changed circumstances or new information requiring <br /> additional environmental review; therefore, this <br /> application does not constitute a new project under <br /> CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany <br /> this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 20, 1988 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, <br /> consistency with PUD-80-2 and the General Plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's <br /> General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Koll Company for <br /> design approval for two five-story office <br /> buildings, totalling 250,000 sq. ft. of floor area, <br /> to be constructed on an approximately 12.8 acre <br /> site located at 6711 Koll Center Parkway, subject <br /> to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
