CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.88-585 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the "Fees and Charges Appendix" as set forth in the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code indicates which <br /> departments of the city have authority to collect <br /> fees and charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, over time, in certain instances, it has been more <br /> practical for a department different than what is <br /> indicated in the Appendix, to collect fees and <br /> charges or otherwise assume authority over certain <br /> administrative matters pertaining to fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Appendix ought to reflect the overall operation <br /> of the City so that lines of responsibility are <br /> clear; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Be it resolved, that the "Fees and Charges <br /> Appendix," as set forth on the Pleasanton Municpal <br /> Code, is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit <br /> "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED on December 20, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers -Brances, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENnEtH R.
