CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-584 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF SI/3RRY SEAL ON VARIOUS CITY <br /> STREETS, PROJECT NO. 885019A, AND <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br /> GRAHAM CONTRACTORS, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Graham Contractors, Inc. on the <br /> slurry sealing of various City streets, <br /> Project No. 885019A, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the slurry sealing on various City <br /> streets is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $2,887.50 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 20, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R.
