CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-581 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION OF PORTIONS OF <br /> THE 1-680/STONERIDGE DRIVE INTERCHANGE, <br /> PROJECT NO. NPID-3 8802, AND APPROVAL OF <br /> FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO OLIVER DE <br /> SILVA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. on the construction <br />of portions of the 1-680/Stoneridge Drive <br /> interchange, Project No. NPID-3 8802, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on portions of the 1-680/Stoneridge <br /> Drive interchange is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $4,582.39 in favor of <br /> Oliver de Silva, Inc. in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> Project No. NPID-3 8802. Five percent (5%) of the <br /> total contract or $11,139.09 will be retained until <br /> thirty (30) days after filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
