CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-567 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK <br /> AUF DER MAUR FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL FOR NINE (9) PARCELS AND RELATED <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR SERVICE COMMERCIAL USES <br /> ON AN APPROXIMATELY 38 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br /> IN THE AREA SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> BERNAL/V~LI.RY AVENUES AND STANLEY <br /> BOULEVARD (PUD-S8-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 6, 1988, the City <br /> Council received a proposed negative declaration <br /> for the application of Frank Auf der Maur for <br /> development plan approval to develop nine (9) <br /> parcels and related improvements for service <br /> commercial uses to be located on an approximately <br /> 38 acre site located generally in the area south of <br /> the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and <br /> Stanley Boulevard (Stanley Business Park II); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the <br /> Initial Study dated September 30, 1988 and received <br /> the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br /> time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the <br /> proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br /> impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br /> local guidelines governing the preparation of <br /> Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br /> Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed <br /> development plan would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> the application of Frank Auf der Maur for <br /> development plan approval to develop nine (9) <br /> parcels and related improvements for service <br /> commercial uses to be located on an approximately <br /> <br /> <br />
