CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-567 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR NINE (9) PARCELS AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS FOR SERVICE COMMERCIAL USES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 38 ACRE SITE LOCATED IN THE AREA SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF BERNAL/V~LI.RY AVENUES AND STANLEY BOULEVARD (PUD-S8-12) WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 6, 1988, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Frank Auf der Maur for development plan approval to develop nine (9) parcels and related improvements for service commercial uses to be located on an approximately 38 acre site located generally in the area south of the intersection of Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard (Stanley Business Park II); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 30, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Frank Auf der Maur for development plan approval to develop nine (9) parcels and related improvements for service commercial uses to be located on an approximately
