CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-558 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR STONERIDGE INTERCHANGE <br /> AT 1-680 - NPID NO. 3 AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 88:544), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> construction of the Stoneridge Interchange at 1- <br /> 680, NPID-3, and that said plans have been reviewed <br /> by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 6, 1988, the City <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the <br /> project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Stoneridge Interchange at 1-680, NPID-3. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 6, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers- Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ ~ <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH ~.
