CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-551 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF JOHNSON DRIVE AND <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE LANDSCAPING <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. NPID-82-4F <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. on the <br /> Johnson Drive and Stoneridge Drive landscaping <br /> improvements, Project No. NPID-82-4F, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the Johnson Drive and Stoneridge <br /> Drive landscaping improvements, Project No. NPID- <br /> 82-4F, is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $12,903.90 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 6, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~h~ <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R.
