CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-546 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ELEVATIONS FOR <br /> MODULAR FACILITY OF KAISER FOUNDATION <br /> HEALTH PLAN TO BE LOCATED AT 5600 <br /> STONERIDGEM~LL ROAD (AP-88-23/Z-88-347) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 4, 1988, council adopted <br /> Resolution 88-479 upholding the Design Review Board <br /> decision approving the applicant's request for <br /> design review approval to construct a modular <br /> facility to accommodate expansion of pharmacy <br /> operations, subject to a condition that the <br /> exterior of the facility be redesigned; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the redesigned elevations were submitted to Council <br /> at its meeting of November 15, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt <br /> from the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act, therefore no <br /> environmental documents are presented for review; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the proposed building elevations for the <br /> ~.~..modular trailer to serve as a temporary pharmacy <br /> facility adjacent to the existing Kaiser Medical <br /> Clinic (AP-88-23/Z-88-347). <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 15, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: KEN~ET~R.
