No. 4-1080-C <br /> <br /> (13) CITY may, at its sole option and in accordance <br /> <br />with Article (4) of Section II, retain one or more consultants to <br />administer the construction contract for PROJECT, except for the <br />Resident Engineer, who shall be a CITY employee. The <br />consultant(s) for contract administration and construction in- <br />spection shall be independent of the consultant for PS&E prepara- <br />tion and shall also be independent of the contractor constructing <br />the PROJECT. <br /> <br /> (14) CITY and CITY's construction contractor (and con- <br />struction engineering consultants,if used) shall maintain in <br />force, until completion and acceptance of the PROJECT con- <br />struction contract, a policy of Contractual Liability Insurance, <br />including coverage of Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage <br />Liability with limits of not less than those specified in Section <br />7-1.12 of STATE's Standard Specifications. Such policy shall <br />contain an additional insured endorsement naming STATE and its <br />respective officers and employees as additional insureds. Cover- <br />age shall be evidenced by a Certificate of Insurance in a form <br />satisfactory to STATE which shall be delivered to STATE before <br />the commencement of any work on the site. <br /> <br /> (15~ CITY will furnish STATE all necessary copies of <br />plans, specifications, and estimates to complete the review and <br />approval process. <br /> <br /> (16) The parties hereto will carry out the SERVICES in <br />accordance with the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Attachment <br />A and made a part of this Agreement, which outlines the responsi- <br /> <br /> -16- <br /> <br /> <br />
