EXHIBIT "B" <br />KentWatson & Associates <br />Waterfront Planning & Design Landscape Architecture <br /> <br /> KENT WATSON & ASSOCIATES I November 1987 <br /> <br /> SCHEDULE OF FEES <br /> <br /> The following schedule includes local travel and telephone expenses: <br /> <br /> Professional Services Sourly Rate <br /> <br /> Principal (Registered Landscape Architect) $75.00 <br /> Associate (Min. 5 yrs. experience} $50.00 <br /> Junior Associate (2 yrs. experience} $40.00 <br /> <br /> Double the hourly rate for professional appearances at public <br /> hearings and court proceedings. <br /> <br /> Technical Services <br /> <br /> Landscape Architectural Technician $30.00 <br /> Draftsperson $25.00 <br /> Typist $15.00 <br /> <br /> Reproductions <br /> <br /> Diazo prints, engineering reproductions, <br /> photographs, slides and other materials at Cost plus <br /> <br /> Report copying Cost plus 10% <br /> Outside Services <br /> <br /> Contract services; rental of special vehicles, craft or <br /> equipment not ordinarily furnished by the landscape <br /> architect; and all travel by common carrier, subsistence, etc., <br /> will be charged at <br /> Cost plus 10% <br /> <br /> TransportatiOn <br /> <br /> Use of office vehicles in excess of 30 miles/day will be <br /> charged at <br /> .25/mile <br /> Travel time will be charged at regular rates. <br /> <br /> A Minimum Fee of $300.00 will be charged for an engagement of <br /> services. <br /> <br /> Invoices are payable upon presentation and are past due thirty <br /> (30) days· from billing date.
