CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-523 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING SEWER PERMITS FOR <br /> REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 1, 1988, Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Assistant City Attorney <br /> (SR 88:516) regarding the request of Reynolds and <br /> Brown (Delta Properties) for an extension to their <br /> sewer permits; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the extension of sewer permits for <br /> Reynolds and Brown and provides that the permit fee <br /> paid by Delta Properties for 20,000 gallons per day <br /> of sewer treatment capacity for Delta Properties <br /> (Reynolds and Brown) shall not be forfeited <br /> provided building permits are obtained by <br /> January 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 1, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: ~TNNETH R.
