CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-518 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SURRENDER AND <br /> QUITCLAIM OF I~ASE BETWEEN CITY OF <br /> PT~ASANTONAND CITY OF PI~ASANTON PUBLIC <br /> FACILITIES CORPORATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Manager is authorized to execute the <br /> Surrender and Quitclaim of Lease concerning a Lease <br /> dated July 1, 1973, between the City of Pleasanton <br /> and the City of Pleasanton Public Facilities <br /> Corporation for the City Hall addition at 200 Old <br /> Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 1, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None NET~~HR~.M~ <br />ATTEST: KE <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPRO~S TO~ <br />Michael H.
