CITY OF PLEASANTON FIRE TRAINING CENTER Rental Fee Schedule The fee schedule shown below has been developed to allow outside agencies to rent only those specific facilities that they may require, to meet their training needs, rather than charging a large fee to rent the whole facility. The funds generated by these fees will be used by the City of Pleasanton to help defray the cost of minor repairs, maintenance supplies, construction and maintenance of training aides/props, and other related expenses. Rental Fee Schedule: Training Tower & Drill Grounds - $50.00 per half day (0800-1200 Hrs. & 1300-1700 Hrs.) $75.00 for night drills (Hours to be approved per use) Training & Control Towers - - - $75.00 per half day (See hours above) $I00.00 for night drills (Hours to be approved per use) LIVE BUI~N FEE * ........ $25.00 Per half day, or night drill (See hours above) Classroom with A-V Equip. - - - $S0.00 per half day, or night use (See hours above). Classroom withOUt A-V Equip. - $25.00 per half day, or night use (See hours above). Drafting Pit (Only) ........ $25.00 per half day, (See hours above, No night use) Student Fee** ......... $ 2.00 per student, per day, may be chnrged. · The "Live Burn Fee", when applicable, will be charged in addition to all other appropriate Training Facility standard rental fees contained in this schedule. "Live Fire" drills will will only be allowed at this facility, when compliance with appropriate safety standards have been assured. Flammable liquids will not be used as a "Live Fire" fuel within the tower. ** A "Student Fee" of $2.00 per student, per day, may be charged for any class/group which requires the use of this facility for two or more consecutive days.
