CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-513 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FEE SCHEDULE FOR USE <br /> OF FIRE TRAINING CENTERBY OUTSIDE <br /> AGENCIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is <br /> the present repository for listing of fees and <br /> charges for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 1, 1988, Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Fire Chief (SR 88:503) <br /> regarding the use of the recently completed Fire <br /> Training Facility and establishing rental fees for <br /> use of the facility by outside agencies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of <br /> the city of Pleasanton) is amended by adding a new <br /> subsection X, Fire Training Center Rental Fee <br /> Schedule, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 1, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~2~j_~4/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
