Preparation of environmental assessments and impact <br /> statements. <br /> <br /> · Services after completion of the construction, such as <br /> inspections during any guarantee period and reporting <br /> observed discrepancies under guarantees. <br /> <br /> Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or witness for <br /> the City in any litigation, public hearing, or other legal or <br /> administrative proceeding· <br /> <br /> . Property surveys or preparation of maps for acquisition of <br /> land or easements. <br /> <br /> . Construction staking. <br /> <br /> · Printing of more than one (1) set of bid documents (sepia <br /> mylars of the plans and prints of the specifications). <br /> <br />Services by the City <br /> <br />CDM'S scope of services is based on the condition that the following <br />services will be provided by the City in connection with the project: <br /> <br /> · Provide land ownership information and acquire land and <br /> easements for Turnout No. 5. <br /> <br /> · Provide labor and safety equipment to open and protect <br /> manholes and to operate valves and hydrants. <br /> <br /> · Assist CDM in the inventory of pipes, valves, meters, and <br /> utilities at and near the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> . Provide daily inspection services. <br /> <br />It is estimated that the level of effort in performing Tasks 1 through 13 <br />will be in the range of $44,500 to $51,500 as shown in Table 1. <br /> <br />It is proposed that compensation to CDM for engineering services as <br />outlined in Tasks 1 through 13, be based upon normal hourly charge rates <br />for labor plus out-of-pocket expenses incurred specifically for this <br />project plus ten percent for handling. <br /> <br /> <br />
