Page 2 1) $5,000 retainer by October 28, 1988; 2) Balance of the FINAL FEE shall be due and payable upon delivery by Consultants to Client of either: a) The completed appraisal report as outlined under SCOPE OF SERVICES above, or b) A letter issued by the Consultant to the Client, Client's Agent, Rep- resentative, or Designee, that contains the FINAL VALUE CONCLUSION contained in the appraisal report, or c) A verbal presentation by the Consultant to the Client, client's Agent, Representative, or Designee of the FINAL VALUE CONCLUSION. 3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, should they be requested by the Client, his attorney, agent, or a court, such as conferences, court preparation, court appearances etc. the Client agrees to compensate the Consultants at the rates shown in the following schedule: a) Principal MAI $125.00 per hour b) Senior Commercial Appraiser 90.00 per hour c) Associate Commercial Appraiser 62.50 per hour d) Technical Assistant 25.00-40.00 per hour e) Designated Residential Appraiser 75.00 per hour f) Associate Residential Appraiser 40.00 per'hour g) Administrative Office Staff 20.00-25.00 per hour h) Clerical Staff 12.00 per hour Additional copies of the appraisal report shall be billed at a minimum $125.00 per copy in excess of three originals. 4. It is further understood and agreed that neither the employment to con- duct this study (or appraisal) or the compensation thereof is contingent upon the amount of the valuation conclusion(s) as contained in said study or appraisal. 5. The responsible principal or appraiser for the Consultants shall be: James R. Richards. 6. Client shall cooperate by furnishing reasonable and appropriate data to facilitate the report and help assure its completeness, accuracy and in- tegrity. The Client agrees to furnish the items listed in Paragraph "B" of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. The date of completion estimated by the Consultant is contingent upon the ability of the Client to deliver this information to the Consultant in a timely manner. In addition to the information requested in Paragraph "B" on the following page, Client agrees to furnish any additional information to the Consultant that, in the opinion of the Consultant, is necessary for reasonable project analysis.
