Page 2 <br /> <br /> 1) $5,000 retainer by October 28, 1988; <br /> 2) Balance of the FINAL FEE shall be due and payable upon delivery by <br /> Consultants to Client of either: <br /> <br /> a) The completed appraisal report as outlined under SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> above, or <br /> b) A letter issued by the Consultant to the Client, Client's Agent, Rep- <br /> resentative, or Designee, that contains the FINAL VALUE CONCLUSION <br /> contained in the appraisal report, or <br /> c) A verbal presentation by the Consultant to the Client, client's Agent, <br /> Representative, or Designee of the FINAL VALUE CONCLUSION. <br /> <br />3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, should they be requested by the Client, his <br />attorney, agent, or a court, such as conferences, court preparation, court <br />appearances etc. the Client agrees to compensate the Consultants at the <br />rates shown in the following schedule: <br /> <br /> a) Principal MAI $125.00 per hour <br /> b) Senior Commercial Appraiser 90.00 per hour <br /> c) Associate Commercial Appraiser 62.50 per hour <br /> d) Technical Assistant 25.00-40.00 per hour <br /> e) Designated Residential Appraiser 75.00 per hour <br /> f) Associate Residential Appraiser 40.00 per'hour <br /> g) Administrative Office Staff 20.00-25.00 per hour <br /> h) Clerical Staff 12.00 per hour <br /> <br />Additional copies of the appraisal report shall be billed at a minimum <br />$125.00 per copy in excess of three originals. <br /> <br />4. It is further understood and agreed that neither the employment to con- <br />duct this study (or appraisal) or the compensation thereof is contingent <br />upon the amount of the valuation conclusion(s) as contained in said study or <br />appraisal. <br /> <br />5. The responsible principal or appraiser for the Consultants shall be: <br />James R. Richards. <br /> <br />6. Client shall cooperate by furnishing reasonable and appropriate data to <br />facilitate the report and help assure its completeness, accuracy and in- <br />tegrity. The Client agrees to furnish the items listed in Paragraph "B" of <br />the TERMS AND CONDITIONS contained herein. The date of completion estimated <br />by the Consultant is contingent upon the ability of the Client to deliver <br />this information to the Consultant in a timely manner. In addition to the <br />information requested in Paragraph "B" on the following page, Client agrees <br />to furnish any additional information to the Consultant that, in the opinion <br />of the Consultant, is necessary for reasonable project analysis. <br /> <br /> <br />
