CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-479 RESOLUTION DENYING THEAPPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN FOR A MODULAR TRAIleR TO SERVE AS A TEMPORARY PHARMACY FACILITY AT 5600 STONERIDGEMAIJ. ROAD (AP-88-23/Z-88-347) WHEREAS, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan applied for design review approval to install a modular trailer to serve as a temporary pharmacy facility adjacent to the existing Kaiser Medical Clinic located at 5600 Stoneridge Mall Road; and WHEREAS, the Design Review Board approved the application at its meeting of September 14, 1988; and WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so they could review the application; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held by the City Council on October 4, 1988 at which time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby denies AP-88-23, the appeal by the City Council of a decision of the Design Review Board, and therefore approves the application of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan for design review approval to install a modular trailer. to serve as a temporary pharmacy facility adjacent to the existing Kaiser Medical Clinic located at 5600 Stoneridge Mall Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the modular facility shall substantially conform to the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department, but that the exterior design of the modular facility be brought back to the City Council for review and approval. 2. That a final landscaping plan for the area adjacent to the modular facility shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
