CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-479 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THEAPPEAL OF A DECISION OF THE <br /> DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN FOR A MODULAR TRAIleR <br /> TO SERVE AS A TEMPORARY PHARMACY FACILITY AT 5600 <br /> STONERIDGEMAIJ. ROAD (AP-88-23/Z-88-347) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan applied for design <br /> review approval to install a modular trailer to <br /> serve as a temporary pharmacy facility adjacent to <br /> the existing Kaiser Medical Clinic located at 5600 <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Design Review Board approved the application at <br /> its meeting of September 14, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so <br /> they could review the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held by the City <br /> Council on October 4, 1988 at which time the <br /> applicant and any other member of the public was <br /> offered an opportunity to present evidence <br /> regarding this appeal; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby denies AP-88-23, the <br /> appeal by the City Council of a decision of the <br /> Design Review Board, and therefore approves the <br /> application of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan for <br /> design review approval to install a modular trailer. <br /> to serve as a temporary pharmacy facility adjacent <br /> to the existing Kaiser Medical Clinic located at <br /> 5600 Stoneridge Mall Road, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the modular facility shall substantially <br /> conform to the plans and elevations on file <br /> with the Planning Department, but that the <br /> exterior design of the modular facility be <br /> brought back to the City Council for review <br /> and approval. <br /> <br /> 2. That a final landscaping plan for the area <br /> adjacent to the modular facility shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Director for review <br /> and approval prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
