ATTACHNENT A <br /> Conditions o~ Approval <br /> lo/4/88 <br /> m:,-s8-4o (/u:,-88-22) <br /> <br />1. That the ramp be substantially as shown on the site plan <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Director, unless <br /> modified by the following. <br /> <br />2. That the skateboard ramp shall conform to all operating <br /> limitations and design standards contained in Ordinance No. <br /> 1273. <br /> <br />3. That at no time shall any additional ramps of any kind be <br /> constructed and/or utilized on the site. <br /> <br />4. That if desired by the adjacent residences at 1767 Peru <br /> Court, 1666 and 1698 Bivar Court, a 2' tall lattice fence <br /> extension shall be installed on top of the existing 6' tall <br /> good neighbor fence. The responsibility for the final fence <br /> design, acquiring of City permits and installation shall be <br /> the responsibility of the applicant with final approval by <br /> the Planning Director. <br /> <br />5. That this use permit is granted for a period of five years. <br /> The use permit may be reviewed semi-annually at the option <br /> of the City to determine if additional conditions of <br /> operation are necessary to determine compliance with <br /> conditions of approval. If said conditions are determined <br /> to be violated than the Planning Commission, after proper <br /> public hearings, may revoke the use permit and require <br /> removal of the structure. <br /> <br />6. That at no time shall any more than seven (7) users of the <br /> skateboard ramp be on site. <br /> <br />7. That at no time shall any more than l0 persons (ramp users, <br /> spectators, etc.) be on site. <br /> <br />8. That the front yard and surrounding Peru Court area be kept <br /> in a neat and clean manner at all times. <br /> <br />9. That no raised, waiting platform area be constructed on the <br /> east end of the skateboard structure. <br /> <br />SR88:467 <br /> <br /> <br />
