CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 88-478 RESOLUTION DENYING THEAPPEALOF A DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVINGTHEAPPLICATION OF RICHARD WOODRING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SKATEBOARDRAMP (AP-88-22/UP-88-40) WHEREAS, Richard Woodring applied for a conditional use permit to construct a skateboard ramp in the rear yard of the existing residence located at 1799 Peru Court; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the application at its meeting of September 14, 1988; and WHEREAS, this decision was appealed by the City Council so they could review the application; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held by the City Council on October 4, 1988 at which time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and WHEREAS, after a review of the material presented, the City Council makes the following findings: a. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. b. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially inferior to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. c. that the proposed ce~ditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal Code regarding Conditional Uses. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby denies AP-88-22, the appeal by the City Council of a decision of the
