Attend meetings as directed by CITY staff <br />with DSRSD, Caltrans, and others to coordinate resolution of <br />the property boundaries. <br /> <br />The estimated fee for this Task indicated in Exhibit 5-B is <br />the current best estimate for the level of effort required <br />to complete this Task, and is not to be considered as an <br />upper limit fee. Separate accounting will be established to <br />monitor the actual costs of this Task. The actual costs <br />required to complete this Task will be modified by separate <br />amendment if necessary. <br /> <br />CATEGORY 2 <br /> <br />Task 15--Services During Construction <br /> <br />Provide general and specific services to support construction <br />of the various elements of the Stoneridge Drive Interchange. <br />More particularly the CONSULTANT shall furnish the technical <br />and administrative services for: <br /> <br /> Task 15-1: Geotechnical--Provide technical personnel <br /> to study, investigate, and analyze field and laboratory <br /> information related to the suitability of native and <br /> imported materials, embankment and structural founda- <br /> tions, and stability of slopes and other general <br /> earthwork construction. <br /> <br /> Services are to be provided "on call" as requested by <br /> CITY staff to support construction and design <br /> activities. <br /> <br /> Task 15-2: Construction Staking--Provide field and <br /> office staff, equipment, and materials to stake the <br /> various elements of construction. Conduct field sur- <br /> veys necessary for the detailed staking of all con- <br /> struction. Work shall include establishment of offset <br /> grade stakes for roadway and drainage construction and <br /> furnishing the location and elevation of other con- <br /> struction work covered by the construction contract. <br /> <br /> Staking and documentation shall comply with conventional <br /> methods generally followed and accepted in the profes- <br /> sion; deviations from these standards will be permitted <br /> when local conditions create a specific need for use of <br /> alternative procedures. <br /> <br /> Specific staking requests shall be defined by separate <br /> Task Order under this section. Each Task Order shall <br /> be written as a letter agreement and contain the scope <br /> of work, schedule of completion, and estimated cost; <br /> method of payment shall be as established in this <br /> AMENDMENT. <br /> <br /> <br />
