CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-193 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> VETERANS' PLAZA PARK, PROJECT NO. 857177, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:189), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> Veterans' Plaza Park, Project No. 857177, and that <br /> said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 2, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of Veterans' Plaza Park, Project No. <br /> 857177. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 2, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers - Brandes and rv <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~/~ <br /> .~TTEST: KENNETH R.
