CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 89-192 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 6025, THE VILLAGE AT KOTTINGER RANCH - ANDEN GROUP WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 6025, The Village at Kottinger Ranch - Anden Group, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of May 2, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 6025, The Village at Kottinger Ranch - Anden Group, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6025, The Village at Kottinger Ranch - Anden Group, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
