AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton and BSK & Associates <br /> Contract for Consultant Services <br /> Dated January 29, 1988 <br /> <br />1. Amend Article 4 - Staff <br /> <br /> The designated inspectors of consultant shall be Robert <br /> Brown, James Bold and Howard Call. Consultant shall not <br /> replace the named inspectors without prior approval of the <br /> City. <br /> <br />2. Amend Article 8 - Compensation <br /> <br /> City shall pay Consultant on a time-and-materials basis an <br /> amount equal to $33.00 per hour for the services of the <br /> designated inspector. City will provide the inspectors with <br /> a vehicle for use on City business. Consultant will provide <br /> inspectors with worker's compensation insurance. <br /> <br />3. Effective Date <br /> <br /> This Amendment shall become effective immediately upon formal <br /> execution by both parties. <br /> <br /> 4. Incorporation by Reference <br /> <br /> All items and conditions contained in the January 29, 1988 <br /> contract between City of Pleasanton and BSK & Associates are <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Executed this 2nd day of May, 1989. <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> B~ <br /> James R.
