CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-174 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF <br /> PT2ASANTON FISCAL YEARS 1989/1990 THROUGH <br /> 1993/1994 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> (CIP) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared a Capital Improvement <br /> Program covering capital improvements for the <br /> period of Fiscal Years 1989/1990 through 1993/1994; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 3, 1989, the City Council held a study <br /> session for the purpose of reviewing the Capital <br /> Improvement Program; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 4, 1989, the City Council conducted a <br /> public hearing for the purpose of receiving input <br /> from the community regarding the proposed Draft <br /> Capital Improvement Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Capital Improvement Program for the years <br /> 1989/1990 through 1993/1994 is hereby adopted with <br /> the following amendments: <br /> <br /> A. That the West Las Positas median landscaping <br /> project (CIP #897039) be changed from an <br /> unfunded to a funded project in FY 1989/1990, <br /> and that $104,500 be appropriated from the <br /> City General Fund to cover the cost of this <br /> project. <br /> <br /> B. That a traffic signal to be installed at <br /> Foothill Road and Muirwood be added to the FY <br /> 1989/1990 approved streets project and that <br /> the City staff provide the City Council with a <br /> report on this signalization prior to the <br /> expenditure of funds and that $80,000 be <br /> appropriated from the General Fund to cover <br /> the cost of this project. <br /> <br /> C. That CIP Project 891010, Grey Eagle <br /> Hydropneumatic System Improvement, be <br /> increased from $25,000 to $40,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
