CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-169 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE <br /> ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR DATED APRIL 4, 1989 <br /> REGARDING MID-YEAR BUDGET AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Assistant Finance <br /> Director recommending various mid-year budget <br /> amendments; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, included in the report were staff's recommendations <br /> for adjustments to the General Fund, and Water <br /> Maintenance and Operation Fund as presented in the <br /> staff report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the report of the Assistant Finance <br /> Director, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Amends the 1988-89 fiscal year budget to reflect <br /> the adjustments in the General Fund and Water <br /> Maintenance and Operation Fund, as presented in the <br /> staff report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~~t/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: KENNETH ~.
