Resolution No. 89-166 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Certifies that said agency has or will have <br /> sufficient funds to operate and maintain the <br /> project(s) funded under this program. <br /> <br />Section 4: Certifies that said agency has or will have <br /> available, prior to commencement of any work on the <br /> project(s) included in this application, the <br /> required matching funds. <br /> <br />Section 5: Certifies that the project(s) included in this <br /> application conform to the recreation element of <br /> any applicable city or county general plan. <br /> <br />Section 6: Appoints the Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services as agent of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> conduct all negotiations and execute and submit all <br /> documents including, but not limited to, <br /> applications, agreements, amendments, payment <br /> requests, and so on that may be necessary for the <br /> completion of the aforementioned project(s). <br /> <br />Section 7: Appoints the Pleasanton City Attorney as legal <br /> counsel for said agency with authorization to sign <br /> the certification on Page 1 of the application. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
