CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-160 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br /> CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 11, <br /> SUBSECTION llN-2 REGARDING PARKING ON THE <br /> SOUTH SIDE OF NEAL STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report (SR 89:164) from <br /> the Director of Public Works and Utilities related <br /> to parking on the south side of Neal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 to change subsection lln-2; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br /> amended by changing subsection lln-2 to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> lln-2 Neal Street, on the south side of Neal <br /> Street from Main Street to 400 feet east <br /> of Main Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
