CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-157 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF <br /> ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO THE AMADOR THEATER <br /> RENOVATION, PROJECT NO. 877046(530) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, Council reviewed <br /> the report (SR 89:152) of the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities regarding the renovation costs <br /> for Amador Theater and recommendations for <br /> financing necessary change orders; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes the transfer of $700,000.00 from the <br /> Proposition 4 Fund to this project. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes appropriation of an additional <br /> $95,318.00 from the Park Improvement Fund for this <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br /> ATTEST: KE MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />~/~ames R.
