CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-156 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br /> 4821, HYDE PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 4821, Hyde Park, has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 89:159); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4821, Hyde Park, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R.
