CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-155 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUNOL BOULEVARD <br /> WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 885083, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:151), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> Sunol Boulevard widening, Project No. 885083, and <br /> that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Sunol Boulevard widening, Project No. 885083. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> K~NN~H~R.'ME~CER, MAYOR <br />~/TTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS · <br /> <br />Michael H.
