CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-152 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANTA RITA ROAD RIGHT <br /> TURN LANE AT WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD, <br /> PROJECT NO. 885088, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:155), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> the Santa Rita Road right turn lane at West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard, Project No. 885088, and that <br /> said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Santa Rita Road right turn lane at West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard, Project No. 885088. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None NE~MERCE~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> K <br /> <br />. mes R.
