WHEREAS, this Commission did find as follows: 1, The proposal is consistent with the procedures and policies previously adopted by the Commission. 2. The annexation will permit the provision of municipal services to the subject area. 3.' Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, a Negative Declaration has been adopted by the City of PleasantOn as lead agency, and said Negative Declaration has been considered by the Commission; and 4. No significant impacts or mitigation measures of concern as a responsible agency were identified in the Negative Declaration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT: Annexation No, 126 to the City of Pleasanton be approved subJec't to the following terms: i, Correction of the map and description as may be requ~rea by ~he'Director of Public WorKs, ex-officto County Surveyor; and 2, The City be authorized to proceed without notice or hearing.
