CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-149 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING INVESTMENT POLICIES <br /> AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF PT2ASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 4, 1989, the City Manager <br /> presented a report (SR 89:147), describing the <br /> investment policies and guidelines used by the <br /> staff of the City of Pleasanton, as outlined in <br /> Section 53600 of the Government Code and required <br /> by AB 1073, Chapter 1226, 1984 Statutes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the Investment <br /> Policies and Guidelines, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~~~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
