NOTICE OF INTENTION <br /> TO <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article 2 <br />(commencing with Section 1245.210) of Chapter 4 of Title 7 of <br />Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of <br />California, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity, a copy of which <br />is marked Exhibit "1", attached hereto, and made a part <br />hereof by reference. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that 7:30 o'clock p.m. on <br />Tuesday, May 2, 1989, at the regular meeting place of the <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton, City Hall, 200 Old <br />Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California, has been fixed by the <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton when and where it will <br />hear all protests relative to the adoption of the Resolution <br />of Necessity. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you file a written <br />request to appear and be heard with the City Clerk, City of <br />Pleasanton, City Hall, 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, <br />California 94566, within fifteen (15) days after this Notice <br />was mailed, you may appear before and be heard by the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton on the following matters: <br /> <br /> (a) Whether the public interest and necessity require <br /> the Project; <br /> <br /> (b) Whether the Project is planned or located in the <br /> manner that will be most compatible with the <br /> greatest public good and the least private injury; <br /> and <br /> <br /> (c) Whether the property sought to be acquired is <br /> necessary for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the failure to file such <br />written request to appear and be heard within fifteen (15) <br />days after the mailing of this Notice will result in the <br />waiver of your right to appear and be heard. <br /> <br /> DATED: April 4, 1989 <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> B~ <br /> James R.
