NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 1245.210) of Chapter 4 of Title 7 of Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity, a copy of which is marked Exhibit "1", attached hereto, and made a part hereof by reference. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that 7:30 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 1989, at the regular meeting place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, City Hall, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California, has been fixed by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton when and where it will hear all protests relative to the adoption of the Resolution of Necessity. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you file a written request to appear and be heard with the City Clerk, City of Pleasanton, City Hall, 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, California 94566, within fifteen (15) days after this Notice was mailed, you may appear before and be heard by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on the following matters: (a) Whether the public interest and necessity require the Project; (b) Whether the Project is planned or located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and (c) Whether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the Project. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the failure to file such written request to appear and be heard within fifteen (15) days after the mailing of this Notice will result in the waiver of your right to appear and be heard.
