Resolution No. 89-147 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Clerk is directed to send by mail a <br /> "Notice of Intention to Adopt a Resolution of <br /> Necessity," as provided for in the attached Exhibit <br /> ,1 B,i · <br /> <br /> Section 2: Tuesday, May 2, 1989, at 7:30 p.m., at the <br /> Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, <br /> Pleasanton, is hereby set as the time and place <br /> when the Council will hear all protests relative to <br /> this adoption of the Resolution of Necessity. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption· <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 4, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: KENNETH R.
