CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-144 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE PUD-89-4, THE APPLICATION OF DONNA MCMILLION FOR <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Donna McMillion has applied for Planned Unit Development <br /> plan approval to subdivide an approximately one acre <br /> parcel into two lots (with one existing residence) and <br /> to construct a single family dwelling located at 3775 <br /> Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 21, 1989, the City Council <br /> received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> February 22, 1989 and received the recommendations of <br /> the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-4, <br /> the application of Donna McMillion for Planned Unit <br /> Development development plan approval to subdivide an <br /> approximately one acre parcel into two lots (with one <br /> existing residence) and to construct a single family <br /> dwelling located at 3775 Trenery Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
