Statements of Completion: Any statements requested by CITY, public <br /> agencies or others as to the accuracy, quality, or completeness of work <br /> performed by the CITY, contractor or others working on the project shall be <br /> made only after required field verification work has been performed. All <br /> work of this kind to be on a time and material basis. <br /> <br /> F. Additional Printing: This contract includes 20 sets of the preliminary report <br /> and plans for Phases 1, 2, & 3. For Phase 4, 50 sets of prints and plans will be <br /> provided. Should CITY require additional printing, this excess shall be <br /> subject to additional charge. <br /> <br /> G. Reproducibles: Any reproducible copies of the maps, exhibits, or <br /> improvement plans required by governmental agencies for their permanent <br /> records shall be charged at cost plus 15%. <br /> <br />3. Backcharges: <br /> <br /> It is hereby agreed that no "backcharges" will be made to CONSULTANT by CITY. <br /> Any claim that work is unacceptable, shall be made to the CONSULTANT'S <br /> Operations Manager by a principal in the C1TY'S organization. <br /> <br />4. Project Delay: <br /> <br /> This proposal contemplates that the project will progress continuously to <br /> completion. Should there be an undue delay or postponement for any reason, this <br /> agreement will be subject to renegotiation. <br /> <br />5. Hourly Rate Fee Schedule: <br /> <br /> The attached Hourly Rate Fee Schedule, dated March 7, 1989 is part of this <br /> agreement and is the basis for time and materials charges. <br /> <br /> <br />
