CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-132 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> GRUENAND GRUEN & ASSOCIATES FOR 1989 <br /> FISCAL IMPACT STUDY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is desirous of obtaining a report which <br /> projects expenses and revenues over the next ten <br /> years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Gruen and Gruen & Associates, San Francisco, have <br /> prepared Fiscal Impact Reports for the City in the <br /> past and such reports have been satisfactory. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a <br /> agreement, in form approved by the City Attorney, <br /> with Gruen and Gruen & Associates for preparation <br /> of the Fiscal Year 1989 Fiscal Impact Report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The cost of the above report shall not exceed <br /> $15,000. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves a General Fund Budget Amendment of <br /> $15,000.00 to cover the cost of the report. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 21, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />aTEST: K~N~ETH ~.
