Attachment 10 <br /> Option A <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PERFORMANCE OF <br /> THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS) SYSTEM <br /> BETMEEN THE CITY/COUNTY OF Pleasanton <br /> AND THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and the City/County of <br /> Pleasanton agree to participate in the development of a <br /> network Pavement Management System (PMS}. <br /> <br /> Each participant agrees ~o provide the following resources and services <br /> in performance of this project: <br /> <br /> HTC agrees to provide: ' ' <br /> <br /> l) General coordination and direction for the project. <br /> 2) General guidance for technical expertise, training, and <br /> development of the PMS. <br /> 3) Computer facilities for training and use; availability of <br /> software for a microcomputer. <br /> 4)Staff support for coordination of work efforts. <br /> 5)Production of training materials, progress reports, study reports. <br /> <br /> The City/County of Pleasanton agrees to: <br /> <br /> A) Attend training, guidance, and discussion sessions; generally <br /> bi-monthly, as the project develops. <br /> B) Develop an internal work scope and monitoring procedure. <br /> C) Perform a pavement condition survey of the street/road system and <br /> enter in data base. <br /> D} Correct, analyze, and evaluate network data using computer <br /> software and reports. <br /> E) Prepare report documenting current year network condition, budget <br /> needs and shortfalls, and other reports as needed. <br /> <br /> METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br /> <br /> Lawrence D.
