Services are provided at the following hourly rates: <br /> <br /> A. Appearance at Public Meetings--minimum charge ..... $125.00 <br /> B. Principal Architect in Consultation ............... $ 90.00 <br /> C. Principal Architect ............................... $ 80.00 <br /> D. Architect ......................................... $ 65.00 <br /> E. Assistant Architect ............................... $ 54.00 <br /> F. Clerical .......................................... $ 26.00 <br />2. Consultant charges such as structural, electrical and mechanical, <br /> if required, are billed at cost plus 10%. <br />3. Zoning fees, etc., will be added to the billing. <br />4. Cost of blueprints will be added to the billing. <br />5. Statements are issueU monthly showing fees earned for the <br /> previous month and are due and payable upon presentation. <br /> <br />6. A service charge of 1½% per month will be made on accounts over <br /> 30 days in arrears. <br /> <br />7. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written <br /> notice.
