CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-125 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING UPDATED CITY OF <br /> PT~ASANTON PERSONNEL RULES AND <br /> REGULATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71-73 adopted the City of <br /> Pleasanton's Personnel Rules and Regulations <br /> setting forth the City's personnel practices and <br /> procedures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said rules and regulations have been updated for <br /> the purposes of adding, modifying, clarifying and <br /> deleting certain personnel practices and <br /> procedures; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said updated rules and regulations have been <br /> reviewed by and discussed with the City's <br /> recognized employee organizations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Rescinds Resolution No. 71-73. <br /> <br />Section 2: Adopts the updated City of Pleasanton Rules and <br /> Regulations. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 21, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None NN'~ETH~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> K N .
