demands, suits or actions concern the validity <br /> and/or legality of the COLLECTOR and/or <br /> CLIENT'S attempt to recover as a debt the cost <br /> of an emergency response, as provided for in <br /> Government Code Section 53150, et seq., CLIENT <br /> shall indemnify and hold harmless COLLECTOR in <br /> connection therewith, including all damages, <br /> costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred by <br /> COLLECTOR." <br /> <br /> 2.
