CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-117 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> CASE PUD-89-2, THE APPLICATION OF CHET RICHARDS AND <br /> JESSIE PRIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chet Richards and Jessie Pries have applied for <br /> development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br /> apartment complex to be located on an approximately 2.8 <br /> acre site at 1045 Division Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 7, 1989, the City Council <br /> received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br /> March 13, 1987 and received the recommendations of the <br /> staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-89-2, <br /> the application of Chet Richards and Jessie Pries for <br /> development plan approval to construct a twelve=-unit <br /> apartment complex to be located on an approximately 2.8 <br /> acre site at 1045 Division Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
